1. Do you sell original products?
Yes, all items are brand‑new, shipped from authorised distributors and come with full manufacturer warranty.
2. How long is shipping?
Standard: 2–4 business days. Express: 24–48 hours (within Gauteng). A tracking link is sent post‑dispatch.
3. What about returns and warranties?
You have 15 days to return unopened items for a refund. Manufacturer warranty (typically 1–2 years) applies to all tech products.
4. Do you offer technical support?
Yes, our support team helps with setup and troubleshooting via phone, chat or email. We also offer downloadable setup guides and video tutorials.
5. Can I pay on delivery?
Yes—cash on delivery is available for Gauteng orders under R5 000. Otherwise, we accept EFT, credit/debit cards and EFT via WooCommerce checkout.
6. Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently we ship nationwide only. For regional enquiries, email info@techoutlet.co.za—we’ll explore options.
7. Can I buy for my business?
Yes. We offer VAT invoices, business accounts, bulk‑buy discounts and customised quotes. Contact biz@techoutlet.co.za.
8. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also check status in your account dashboard.
9. What if my item arrives damaged?
Notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange an immediate replacement or refund, and manage any return shipping.
10. Do you price‑match competitor offers?
Yes. If you find the same, in‑stock product from a licensed SA retailer at a lower price, we’ll match it. Email us the offer during checkout.
